T.K.O. Challenge

Here's what it's all about:

T.K.O. Challenge

I've decided to focus on just 10 pounds at a time. Each 10 pounds will be one round (like all the boxing references?)

I'm going to start with a 5-pound kick-start, in which I will set a goal of losing 5 pounds in 3 weeks. Each round after that will be 5 weeks with a goal of losing 10 pounds.  If I don't lose the 10 pounds, the next round just starts from wherever I am.  So I get a new start every 5 weeks :)

Here's the plan:

5-Pound Kickstart (3 weeks):
Starting weight (August 5): 205.00
Goal weight: 200.00
Actual Weight: 203.6
Goal date: August 26 (Goal Not Met)

Round 1 (10 pounds, 5 weeks)
Starting weight (August 26): 200.0
Goal weight: 190.00
Actual Weight: 186.6
Goal date: September 30 (Goal Met September 2nd)


Round 2 (10 pounds, 5 weeks)
Starting weight (September 2): 186.6
Goal weight: 176.6
Actual Weight:
Goal date: October 7
