I fell behind on the squat challenge. I blame working overnight. It throws off all my rhythm. I fell behind day 3. If you add that to where we are now, that's 550 squats.
I mixed it with weights varying from 30-60 pounds. My legs are in pain needless to say but I'm proud of myself for getting caught up.
I was doing really well with the squat challenge until I got sick! I don't think I've done them for at least a week. :(
