I'm not sure if you guys have kept with my hip injury but it came to head a few weeks ago and until I go to my next doctor appointment, I have to relax and watch what I am doing. My right hip is beyond swollen and I can touch my bone.
I was heavily committed to this blog but I have to watch my hip. We believe it's cracked or fractured.
So until I have doctor clearance I won't be posting much on here.
