You know those jitters you get after transitioning into a new phase and you stare at the scale talking yourself up? I had one of those moments before I was brave enough to get on the scale. I had told myself that I would wait until after my ToM (Time of The Month) was over. But I was already undressed getting ready for my shower and the scale was there tempting me so I weighed in keeping in mind that I am on my cycle.
So here we go:

SW: 223.6
Last Weigh-In: 202.4
Current Weight: 198.6
Change: -3.8
It's only been 6 days and I've lost almost 4 lbs! I am STOKED! I have only missed one day at the gym. I treated myself to a Coke Zero on Fourth of July but other than I have been soda free. I am so ready to keep going and keep up the hard work. Part of my happiness is also that I have lost weight while on my cycle. I have also noticed that working out eases my cramps up.
